May 19, 2012 - We are finally were able to get the new fencing in!

Terry St. Pierre & Company of St Albans came to replace our turnout yard sand again and were instrumental in getting the new fenceposts planted!

Out goes the old sand, and out goes the old fence!

Volunteer Rene Churchill in the middle having some of the younger guys help him remove old fencing.

On the right the day's fearless leader, Sue Gerry, and one of our wonderful volunteers Eric Westcott. They were actually *this* close to breaking into laughter!

Empty space - startling to see.

Turnout still needed to happen and the dogs were surprisingly non-chalant about all the hub-bub!

Old sand is out, lime has been spread, and new sand is going in.

To the right is the start of the new fencing going in.

 And more of it ...

Terry shows everyone the quick way to drive in a fencepost.

The fencing now goes all the way down to the other end of the big yard - the leaning section is about to become a gate.

TA-DA!!!  It looks so nice!

Fresh, clean new sand & fence ...

Nice, eh?

Somehow it makes the turn-out yard seem bigger.

Look!  New turn-out area lights even!

 Thanks Terry!
