Darwin (was Trent)

I just wanted to thank you for matching us with such a wonderful boy. From day one, it was like he had been with us (including our cat, Gilmore) forever! He's successfully mastered the steep stairs that lead to our basement apartment, and is loving his trips to the dog park, and the pet-friendly coffee shop near our house. He LOVES to meet other dogs and people. He's a super fast learner, and he walks like a pro on leash! When we go for walks, it always takes us about twice as long because everyone in the neighborhood stops us to say hi (and Darwin milks them for as many pets and cookies as possible!). He's a great dog, and we love him so much. You can bet we will be telling everyone about greyhounds and the wonderful work you do. Thanks for giving this broken-legged dog a second chance at life. Oh, by the way, his leg is already doing much better. With all the strengthening from the stairs, 4 walks per day, and romps in the dog park, he is limping a lot less. Vet says it looks really good!

Here are a few happy pics to carry you through some of those not-so-easy days.

Cheers!
